How and when can I expect to receive payment for the mobile phones I recycle through RPCrecycle.com?
Once your mobile phones have been received, checked by our engineers that the phone is in full working order then the status of claim will be changed to completed.
If you selected to be paid by cheque, then this will be made payable to the account holder and sent to the address you have registered within 2 working days of your order being completed.
If you selected to be paid by PayPal, then the amount will be paid into your PayPal account using PayPal email address you entered during the ordering process. Please note that you may incur a charge of up to 3.9% by PayPal for using this service.
If you selected to be paid by BACS, then your payment will be made directly into your bank account, where funds will take up to 3-5 working days to clear.
