How long is my order valid?
After placing an order through the RPCrecycle.com website your order will be valid for 21 DAYS.
If we don't receive your mobile phone(s) to be recycled then we will send you an email to remind you of your outstanding order.
If after sending the last email we still have had no response, we will assume you no longer wish to proceed with recycling your mobile phones with RPCrecycle.com and the order will be closed automatically.
If your phone does not meet our full working order terms and conditions, we will offer you an alternate price for your mobile. You have 7 days to accept or decline the new price, after which time if you have not responded the payment will be automatically processed.
